The breakfast was wonderful. Hot cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy in the morning. The pool was very clean and at a temperature that was not too uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. There was a few restaurants within a few miles of the hotel which was convenient for us after the long drive. John was the night desk clerk and he was very nice, kind and helpful especially since we had just drove for 10 hours. He printed us out a list of restuarants near the hotel which we appreciated. 5 stars and a great place to stay!

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are extra high, which the kids thought was funny (& fun). The pool was great (small, but clean and a really nice pool room and the kids loved it). Fitness center was really nice (kids liked that they were allowed with an adult). Breakfast was good but hot food was a little too greasy. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. Overall, the hotel is bright and clean and we loved being there. A couple of minutes' drive from Carillon Park.

It was so clean!! The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were given complimentary bottled water and in our room a sign said if we forgot a toothbrush or paste or a comb or razor and shave cream they would send it complimentary to our room. There was hand soap, lotion, and shampoo and conditioner provided. Our room smelled clean and fresh and was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of foods.

I drive 3hours away from home and wasn’t planning on staying. I did reservation the same day & I try doing early check in. Front lady was amazing she work with me & in an hour she had the room ready for us. Very clean rooms smell clean, bed were super comfy. We were impressed with breakfast, Lots to chose off. I will say is the best hotel I ever stay!! Will come back. & will recommend.

Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. We came for the eclipse and they threw an eclipse-themed party in the cafe area, which was unexpected. Everyone had a great time. Notably, I've had bad experiences at other IHG hotels and so I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel is legit. I would definitely recommend it.
